What to expect:
We Meet
A 45-minute session to understand the client’s wellness history, goals, and current mobility. First Private session is scheduled and paid for upfront.
We Create
We create a personalized program for each client based on their unique needs and wellness goals. Each session is tracked using our Session Tracking Document, which helps us monitor progress over time in a private client file.
We Train
Each session starts with a brief check-in on the client’s well-being before moving into the physical portion. At the end of the session, the instructor will share notes, tips, and advice relevant to the client’s goals and prepare them for the next session. All session details are recorded and can be accessed by the client upon request through their Wellness file.

How often would you like to meet?

45 minute session, designed to get to know the client, their wellness history, goals, and current mobility and physical possibility. From this consult, next steps will be curated specifically for the client and first private session will be scheduled.

60 Minute session- clients choice of experience (Yoga, Strength, Cardio, etc)

1 Private session a week (60 minutes each) with customized program developed to meet clients wellness goals.

2 Private sessions a week following the custom created program designed to meet the clients needs.

12 Private sessions or 3/week following the custom created program designed to meet the clients needs.
