Private Yoga Sessions
Whether you’re new to yoga or experienced, our 1-hour session will focus on correcting your alignment and movement through a personalized sequence tailored to your wellness goals. If you’re interested, we’ll also include meditation and breathwork. My goal is for you to leave each session with a deeper understanding of your body and its needs in every pose.
Private Cardio Sessions
Whether you’re walking, running, hiking on our trails, or cycling in the studio, each session is tailored to your goals and tracked to show your progress. Our 1-hour sessions start and end with functional movement and stretches, based on your body’s needs. Core work can also be added if you’d like.
Community Experiences
While we focus on 1-on-1 sessions, we occasionally host community events, inviting private clients to join group sessions followed by a celebration. Clients can bring a friend or family member to share in this special experience.
In addition to our events at Homebody, I also lead weekly group classes at the studios linked below.

Private Strength Sessions
Using body weights, resistance bands, and light to moderate hand weight, we strengthen and promote toned, lean muscle development. Depending on the frequency of our sessions, we target the upper and lower body, and always included core strength as well as stretches for mobility and muscle relief.
Dry Sauna

We’re always looking for ways to enhance the Homebody experience. This spring, we’re excited to introduce 15-minute dry sauna sessions with eucalyptus oil, designed to promote detoxification and relaxation for both the mind and body.
