What should I bring to class?
A water bottle, sneakers to train in, and yourself. If you wear a heart rate monitor then bring that also.

Do I need experience to attend class?
It does not matter how much or how little experience you have. All we ask is to show up and be open minded to learning new things.

Do you provide Yoga mats or other equipment?
Yes, we provide everything you will need for our session.

How do I book a session with you?
After meeting for our consult and discuss what you are hoping to achieve, we will schedule our first session together.

What are your class schedules and availability?
Our private sessions vary depending on on the availability of the client and of the professional. We are willing to work around our clients schedule so that we truly are serving their needs best.

What is your cancellation policy?
For a full refund, sessions must be canceled 24 hours in advance. 12 hours + is a 50% refund and late cancel or no show will result in no refund as the times available to all private clients are limited and preparations for each session are extensive.

What should I wear to class?
Wear whatever is comfortable for mobility and temperature.

Do you offer virtual or online classes?
We have a virtual platform offering members with 5 minutes meditation and strength exercises, demonstrations on yoga poses, and a gentle Vinyasa practice. We look forward to offering virtual classes in the future but for now our private sessions are the best way to share space with us.

Can I bring a friend or family member?
Absolutely! Private sessions can accommodate up to 2 people. If you plan to bring an additional guest to your private sessions, please let us know 24 hours in advance so we can prepare for you both in the session and ask the necessary questions.

How early should I arrive before a class?
Arriving 5 minutes before our session is preferred.

What if I can’t make it to a session?
If you can’t make your session, message us right away to reschedule it and so that we can offer your time slot to those on the waiting list.

What are the benefits of private yoga sessions?
Think of a private instructor as a private tutor. All of our focus will be on you, class will be created to serve you and your body, and you will be taught and instructed at your pace. You will be learning a lot about your body and Yoga in each session and your body of knowledge will grow quickly over time.

Do you offer any workshops or events?
We do! We offer community events for our members that blend a fitness activity with sharing of time over a meal together. This time is special for us to enjoy time getting to know one another in a casual environment.
